What you Need to know

  • Students must be four years of age on or before September 1st of the year in which he or she wishes to attend school.

  • Students must reside in Liberty County.

  • The program is voluntary.

  • The core instructional program is free of charge.  Fees for meals may be charged.

  • The Pre-K program operates for 6.5 hours per day, five days per week, 180 days per year.

  • Bus transportation is provided to the home address only.

  • Before and after school care options (at the parent's expense) include daycare centers and YMCA PrYme TYme. Please contact individual provider for more information.

  • Original Birth Certificate

  • Original Social Security Card

  • Immunization Record (Form 3231)

  • Eye, Ear, Dental Screening (Form 3300)

  • Photo Identification of Parent or Legal Guardian

  • (2) Proofs of Address

    • one current month utility bill
        gas
        water
        electric
        cable/satellite system
        home alarm system

                  AND

    one proof of home ownership:
         current lease
        residential property tax statement or bill
        warranty or quit claim deed
        home purchase agreement
        current home owners insurance policy
        mortgage statement (with property address)
